“I was half an hour early for my eye test and they got things sorted straight away. Kept me waiting no longer then a couple of minutes. After I had some one help me with choosing the right frame, they offered loads of helpful advice. Very good customer service. very polite. greeting me as I entered and giving there wishes as I left”

“Service was friendly and helpful. I didn't have to wait long for prescription for my frames to be made, couple of days. Useful text to inform me that glasses were ready for collection. Would recommend and use this company again.”

“First time I have used the Bromley Eye Centre Happy, smiley, pleasant, knowledgeable, and very helpful staff. A stark contrast to close by competitor. Bromley eye centre had the best glasses frame stock and the frames I was looking for. I would buy glasses from you again n the future.”

“Bromley Eye Centre were very helpful when it came to me having to choose a new pair of frames. They made you feel very comfortable when trying on lots of different styles and didn't make you feel like you had to rush into making that decision. Overall the service was very good.”

“I highly recommend Bromley Eye Centre, My Mum and I always have our eyes tested here because the staff are very professional and friendly .The eye tests are very thorough and not rushed ,each stage of the examination is explained clearly and any concerns you may have you will be guided by a really experienced team . They have all the latest technology and enjoy using it . We will always return to Bromley Eye Center to buy our glasses as they have a very good range of all the latest trends . Choosing your glasses can be difficult but the staff are so helpful , and always give you plenty of time and help , they are very polite and the whole experience is great. ,needless to say we are very happy with our examination and purchase of glasses , Thanks we will see you again next time”

“I have been with the Bromley Eye Centre for over 6 years now and would not go anywhere else. The service, attention to detail and friendliness is second to none and each client is treated as an individual. The Bromley Eye Centre offer up to date high quality frames and use Zeiss lenses, unbeatable. The eye test is always very reassuring and covers all aspect of the eyes thoroughly. Even the "puff of smoke" machine that used to be used for the eye test has been replaced with a very simple non scary gadget!! If you are tempted to go to the neighbouring opticians in Bromley, forget it as you will get remarkable service with each and every one of the staff in the Bromley Eye Centre and wont regret your visit there. I am pleased to say that with my new glasses I can see again clearly!”

“Dave really ensured that the fit of the glasses I chose were correct. I'm an impatient person, yet his genuine professional concern pushed through and in the event I spent over an hour of his valuable time and in the end I went with a completely different look and frame (but same brand) and gently educated me proving to me that I needed a wider frame with a wider bridge to ensure comfort, unbelievably at the same price What a service. I am blown away, 10 years of buying glasses and yet the first time I really purchased with knowledge and understanding. I am ecstatic”
