“What an absolute ridiculous company, they canceled my insurance policy and charged £500 for 1 months cover (total of the policy was £800). Then when I tried to restart the cover they now say it will cost £1100. I then asked to speak to a manager, the phone operator was rude and refused to transfer me as the phones were busy. Then they hung up on me after I said I would happily wait!”
