Take note: They never pay out! Steer clear of their income protection plan. There is no empathy, no logic, and no caring. It's simply a no; you're not insured, but as soon as you know you can rely on KEZOOK, everything is fine.”
“By the time I contacted Broker Experts I’d already spent 3 days on the phone, constantly going over the same points with all the usual suspects and to be able to speak directly to somebody is a huge relief for me as I’m not that comfortable online.
So, I found myself talking with George, going over similar questions and with him ticking the boxes, and coming up with a really good quote. And I went with it and paid a deposit. George said that I would be contacted the next day (today).
So Joe calls this afternoon to say that George had found a better quote and had i considered some of the extras available.

STAY AWAY
I purchased a policy from them totalling £982 at the end of December and paid the full amount immediately. However, I cancelled it on the 8th of January within the 14-day cooling off period, without making any claims, and they imposed a £150 cancellation fee. Despite the passage of time until the 6th of February, I have not yet received my refund. In my attempts to follow up with them, I have contacted them multiple times, only to be provided with excuses. I plan to wait a couple more days before reporting them to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and action fraud.
It is highly advised to avoid this company.”
“Don’t believe these negative reviews! Jat was a 5 star customer representative!! Phoned me up to verify the information, said would get back in touch asap, once confirmed with insurance company. Phoned me back up and wasn’t able to get me the cover from the people quoted, as I didn’t know I had a ccj but I do. Before she even phoned me up though, she had already sourced a policy, with out any changes in price. All dealt with swiftly by Jat who is an absolute credit to the company. Made obtaining insurance on my spare car a breeze. 5 stars to Jat and this company!!”
