I set the policy up with Fay on Saturday, went to pick up the van on Monday. Once I had the van I just gave her a call, Went over some details and sent the money.

They ask for a lot of additional information with no acknowledgment of the receipt of these items. Best avoided.”
“Took insurance out and havnt felt my privacy was being invaded so much ever wanted every detail of my medical conditions even though they don’t need to be declared to dvla, wanted pictures and codes of driving license etc and when I cancelled within 14 days havnt paid back the rest of my deposit after they have took £75 from it, definetly wouldn’t recommend them”
“Extremely poor service from this Company. I'll be reporting them to Trading Standards and the insurance comparison websites. Having agreed a quotation and paid over £2000 through the website i was then contacted and told if i wanted the Insurance my price would be an extra £400. Having checked previous reviews of this company it seems this is a common practice of theirs. They are now ignoring all my calls and emails requesting a refund. Avoid this company at all costs.”
