“The whole process was seamless and I was able to place my order. I was pleasantly surprised when I got a call from the customer service that they couldn't deliver to the address I provided and I gave a new address. Pronto, my package was delivered promptly, safely and securely. I am indeed pleased and will definitely do business with British wholesales. And did I mention that the towels are definitely way better than the pictures? You have a loyal customer in me British wholesales”

“I found the exact size of sheet that I was looking for, only to then discover at checkout that I was going to be charged over £10 for delivery. We live in the Highlands of Scotland. I sent an email to British Wholesales to complain about this charge. I received back a prompt reply from Salma, explaining that the cost was due to the delivery company they use. She offered me a different delivery company and the charge was only £2.50. I was also given a 5% discount. I was very happy with this option. The sheet arrived 3 days later and I am delighted with the fit and quality. I would definitely recommend to others. However, if you only want a small number of sheets, I would advise you to call the company direct, rather than use the online ordering system. They are extremely helpful.”
