Good Afternoon Sarah Thank you for your feedback. You placed your order on Saturday 24th August on a free delivery service, which has a delivery time of 3-7 working days. We are closed on the weekends, so the order was processed on Monday 26th August and dispatch via Royal Mail on Tuesday 27th August. The tracking shows that the delivery was made on Sunday 1st September. This is within the delivery timeline of 3-7 working days. If you have any further queries, then just let me know. Best Regards. “Arrived quickly. However, I ordered 100 napkins and only received 99. There was also variation in size and fabric used. A small number also had ink stains on them.”

“Very impressed with service and the towels. I have a bamboo/cotton mix towel with an animal that loves bamboo on it, they're not cheap but very nice. I wanted some replacements and found these online through a search. Brilliant value, received a four pack for less than my other one. Very plush and weighty with a higher GSM, just as absorbant and still good when washed. Easy to order and the company kept me informed of progress to delivery.”
