“So i was wary of dealing with an online company for the sale of my house. Transpires it was the best idea. British Home Buyers were communicative, professional, and honest from the get-go. I was assigned to William and Charles, who were extremely responsive and always reassuring. Sold my house within 2 weeks (just what William said would happen!) and then held my hand throughout both sale and ongoing purchase. I used their recommended solicitors for both which was slick and meant all my people were talking to each other so i really didn't have to stress. Couldn't recommend highly enough and wouldnt hesitate to use British Home Buyers again! Thanks team”

“We would highly recommend using British home buyers to anyone. We were trying to sell for 18 months before trying British home buyers, we were up on their system for 2 days before getting an offer. The whole process was seamless from start to finish. The whole team was informative and kept us up to date throughout the sell of our flat.”

“My experience using British Homebuyers was excellent from start to finish. My agent Charles Gale was absolutely outstanding. Great communication, he answered every call and email within 24 hours. He knew exactly what was going on and was happy to chase both my solicitors and the buyers solicitors if the process had stalled (which it often does when it involves solicitors). I cannot recommend British Homebuyers highly enough and would like to say a personal thank you to Charles for making the whole process as easy at it could be.”

“***BHB delivered on their promises*** We originally had our property listed with a well-known high street agent and despite being given plenty of time, they were unable to secure one offer. In the meantime, BHB posted a flyer through our door and despite some initial scepticism having not heard of them before and knowing that they aren't traditional customer facing agents, we decided to give them our listing. BHB promised a large database of buyers, including investors, as well as a quick sale. It didn't take long at all to have a number of offers on the table, including one we were happy to accept (from an investor). BHB ultimately delivered on their promises, and made us happy customers. The decision to switch to BHB paid off, and I'd have every confidence in listing any future properties with them again. William Gale was honest and communicative throughout, and Charles Gale really helped during the final phases of the sale between us, Agents, Solicitors and Buyer. Thank you”

“Tired of delays that had occurred with my existing sell and worried that my new purchase would fall I contacted British Homebuyers with my predicament and received a responsive customer focused experience. With a couple of days of marketing my property they found me a buyer who offered full asking price! The team are great in particular Charles who went above and beyond to support my sale completing as soon as possible. I would highly recommend this service”

“3 attempts to obtain a viewing, 150 mile round trip and several hours wasted. Alarm bells should have rung really because this estate agent is some 55 miles away in a different county. Therefore they were unable to undertake any viewings despite my request. The property (a tiny flat) was nothing like the photos on Rightmove, the room measurements were listed far larger than what the actual room size was. Listed as spacious, for a hamster maybe. In the photos the kitchen/living room was empty of furniture, however on arrival the kitchen had a full size single bed in it along with boxes and boxes of belongings from ground to ceiling all around the room in fact the bedroom was the same. Now the property has been removed from sale all within days of being listed. A complete waste of time, fuel and Dartford crossing costs.”

Thank you for your review & for your experience with us. This particular property was presented to buyers on the 2nd September. You called to make an enquiry to view the property on the 2nd September, the same day it went live. We were able to confirm the viewing the same day, at your request on the 8th September. However, on the 3rd September we contacted you again as the vendor had requested a re-schedule for 10th September for which you agreed. On the morning of the 12th September, Alex contacted you to get your feedback on the viewing. You confirmed you felt it was a 'brilliant location', but that it was too small. You referenced the vendor's son has come back from university with a lot of luggage which we assume are the boxes you reference in your review. You advised it was not a property you would be wanting to purchase, but did not express any negativity to the property, our process, or info we produced, that you have expressed in your review. On the 12th September, the same day in the afternoon, we sold the property to another investor that had viewed for the asking price, within 10 days of offering the property to buyers. That is the reason why the property has been removed, as you have referenced. Our client is understandable thrilled with the result. This property was popular, with 13 interested buyers viewing and received multiple offers. None of the other interested parties expressed any issue or negativity towards the property, our process, or sited any inaccuracy with the information we provided. “Amazing service from British homebuyers. We were with a previous traditional agency who were absolutely horrendous and we felt bullied by them to stay in the contract. All the viewers were time wasters and months went y and we were getting no where. So I saw british homebuyers online and contacted them. I am so glad I did as from start to finish, they were very professional and polite and always kept us updated and tried their very best to sell our house. It was a long wait to sell our house, no fault of british homebuyers or our buyer but the onward purchase we were making took ages as was on probate. But regardless of that, we are very thankful of the british homebuyers team and special thanks to Robert and Charles for always keeping us upto date and having patience with us while waiting for our house to sell. I do apologise if I don't remember anymore names that have helped but these 2 agents were brilliant. I definitely will be recommending british homebuyers to all my friends and relatives as no one will be disappointed.”

“We had several frustrating months trying to sell our property and decided to take it off the market as trying through the usual local agents had not been fruitful. We were then approached by British Homebuyers who gave us a figure of what they thought we could achieve and were confident that they could help us achieve a sale. We agreed on what could be expected. They took us through the process and it was very smooth. Within our first viewings we had offers given and accepted an offer which we were pleased with. What we found with British Homebuyers were the viewers were not time wasters but buyers with a genuine objective of purchasing. The team were informative and always got back quickly to us with any questions we had. Overall we were very happy with the service and our sale went through smoothly.
