“Following two failed attempts to sell our property via high street agents we were recommended British Homebuyers. From day one the contact from Robert was first class, Robert put everything in motion, visit from the photographer, marketing our property, regular weekly updates, arranging viewings. If we called for information we had a direct line to Robert. Within a month we had three viewings and three offers. First class service. House sold and still Robert and his team saw everything through to the end, including contacting all the chain and there solicitors to alien the moving date. First class service.”

“Excellent from beginning to end. From the start of our transaction dealing with Eloise, and then Alex and William in the conveyancing team, followed up after we were under offer by Robert and Charles, our whole experience was positive. We had tried a local agent first with no success, and received a letter from BHS through the post so decided to give them a try. Yes we had to do our own viewings but that really worked for us as it meant we could fit in people around our own schedule. We were really impressed by the regular updates, market insights, and when we were nearing completion, interaction with our buyer and both sets of solicitors was great. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is selling. 10 out of 10 from us.”

“Dealing with Rob, Charles and multiple other members of the team felt completely seamless. I always knew what was happening with the SMS and email updates, for viewings and then through the sale to completion. As I am Autistic I really appreciated the patience and genuine support I received from the team. So... “Excellent , fabulous and really seamless. All the staff are really professional, answer any queries straight away, nothing too much trouble, especially Charles whom has recemtly completed my last sale with no stress even though we had a few bumps from the other side.Everyone else has the same professional manner. Would definitely recommend , they do what they say and sell your house really quickly hassle free !”

“My mums house had been on the market for over a year with local estate agents before we discovered British Homebuyers. Within a couple of months it was sold. The staff were very helpful & patient when explaining their process, fees & how they work, as I was initially a little sceptical. They kept me updated at every stage of the process & I cannot rate Charles highly enough. I would definitely recommend them & have already passed their details on to someone else who’s having trouble selling.”

“Being completely honest, I didn’t have high hopes when we decided to use BHS to sell our property, but having had our property on the market for almost 8 months with no success, we were desperate. We had received a letter in the post and decided to give it a shot as we had nothing left to lose. We opted to go for the option that meant we managed the viewings ourselves, but from start to finish, the service we received from both Rob & Charles was fantastic. From listing to completion, the sale took 10 weeks in total, with Rob & Charles keeping us updated along the way, even taking time out of their weekends when they weren’t supposed to be working, to keep us updated. I’m so glad we made the decision to sell with BHS and I would buy or sell with them again in a heartbeat.”

“Although I entered the remote process of using British Homebuyers with some trepidation (rather than appointing a local estate agent to work with face to face) I found that having Alex Clendon as my regular point of contact made the sale of my property as straightforward as it could be. He was always approachable by phone or text, courteous and easy to discuss issues with throughout the process. I am grateful that despite certain delays on the buyers’ part we were able to achieve the end goal satisfactorily. My thanks to Alex and British Homebuyers for this.”

“FABULOUS Having used numerous other estate agents with extremely mixed experiences we received a leaflet through the door for BRITISH HOMEBUYERS not having heard of the company prior I researched the reviews and took the plunge to use them All I can say is what an excellent experience from start to finish ALEX CLENDON was my sales advisor At least once a week Alex would contact me with updates and the property sold with 2 months Would I use BRITISH HOMEBUYERS again DEFINITELY I will certainly recommend them as a company with exceptional service throughout”

“A very stressful time for us as my Mother was living 50 miles away from us and we had lost my dad and needed Mum to be near us as she’s not getting any younger sadly. We used general estate agents to try and get mums flat sold asap. This was a very long process with very little communication and not many responses for people to come and view the property. Mum had a leaflet about British Home Buyers and we were a bit skeptical at first as not heard about them. This was the best decision we ever made. Robert Love dealt with our sale from start to finish as was so very patient with us as I had to deal with all the communication as my Mum is deaf. Due to my working hours I’m not able to use my phone but Robert was fantastic and would leave messages for me to respond to. We put the flat on the market with them in April and by June it was sold and Mum finally got her dream come true and she now lives 2 minutes away from us. I would highly recommend this company and certainly wouldn’t go anywhere else. Fast,efficient and very stress free . Thank you again from us all . Ellie”
