“I wanted a 120 ltr brown bin but my local council only supplied the large 240 ltr bins which are too big. British Bins Ltd were the only company that had any that were the same height as my other 120 ltr bins. Ordering was simple, delivery very quick and I am very pleased with the bin. It has been filled with garden waste and emptied by the bin men without a hitch. The 120 ltr size is great for small homes with one or two people and only takes up half the space. The photo shows 2 original 120 ltr black and green bins supplied by the local council (size no longer supplied) alongside my new brown bin from British Bins Ltd.”

“We bought one of their Plastic Bottle & Drinks Can Crushers. It works beautifully, and is fairly straightforward to set-up and operate. Makes it a simple task to reduce cans and water bottles into small sized items for adding to our plastic/metal council wheelie bin. Thereby meeting the requirements of our local authority waste control apparatchiks. Just a pity we had to buy it directly, rather than the council taking the initiative and issuing one to every household!! That action would have impinged on their ability to take themselves together with their wives and children on more fact finding missions throughout the world.”

“lovely to look at but as it is in front of a wall - even with a good gap the lids are very are heavy and there is need of a prop of some kind to keep the lids open to enable waste to be put in. .”

Hi, We're sorry to hear you're having issues with the lid of your enclosure. We have sent you some props today, free of charge, which should alleviate any issues you are having with the weight of the lid. The lids for the deluxe enclosures are made with longevity in mind, and although the majority of customers have not found weight to be a problem, we understand that they can sometimes intially seem quite heavy. We would like to note that the lids do become a lot lighter as the timber dries following the tanelith treatment process. A chain, connecting the bin lid to the enclosure lid, should be included in the package as standard, so do let me know if you have any more issues. “The three council bins were such an eyesore. Now, hidden in your triple-bin storage unit, they are easily accessible and the unit blends with the wooden fence behind them. Easy to put together - I am delighted with the quality. In fact no downside at all.”

“Seem nice quality and labels make recycling easier. If you order two sets of labels as I did they can be used on indoor bins to correspond with the outside ones! Very easy for guests at Holiday Cottage to recycle then.”

“The period between order and delivery was very quick and although I return the goods, not through any fault of theirs, the item was just smaller than I expected, however, I dropped it off at a nearby address to me and I received my refund promptly with a matter of a day. I would definitely use them in the future if need any of their items”
