Hi Stuart, We're sorry to hear that you're disappointed with the delivery time of your order. Having looked into this for you, we see that you ordered a free standing clinical waste bin, an item with a 14 working day delivery time. Our website states that the delivery time on this particular item as such because they are made to order, and having looked into this further we can tell you that your order was shipped on the 13th day. “I looked around the internet for a device to secure my wheelie bins as part of a Crime Reduction Strategy at home and found the British Bins clamps. I was impressed by the quality of the plastic and hope they will stand the test of someone trying to remove my bins (although I really hope this will not happen). One negative point is I would like to have used my own padlock or at least been offered the chance to buy a second provided padlock to balance off the clamp and provide a greater level of protection from leverage to break open the clamp. That said I'm impressed with the product and will recommend it to others.”

“Great quality product that is the right size for 3 large wheelie bins. Easy for my husband to put together! Was able to speak to somebody to confirm I was ordering the right size and delivery was really speedy. Thank you British Bins would recommend.”

“When i ordered the bins i said i wouldnt be at home to take delivery untill August 2nd i even sent a separate email to the ladies details on your confirmation email saying for the second time even though i was happy to pay now could you please deliver on or after the 2nd of August.You totally disregarded both these instructions and delivered weeks ago .I wont know if the bin is there untill the 2nd of August.Cannot think why my request ( 2 requests) should have been a problem. S.Parratt.”

Hi Steven, Apologies for any inconvenience caused with this, I have looked into this order and have seen the problem. I'm sorry to say that the first note you sent with the order was missed by our billing team largely due to the fact that processing orders placed online is largely an automated process. We are struggling to locate the second email that you have sent to us with your delivery instructions, could you let us know the address that you sent it to? I have checked with dispatch and the bin has been left in a secure location and should be there on your return. Apologies once again for any inconvenience this might cause you.
