“From the moment I ordered my lovely pink wheelie bin to the delivery of said bin, the service was very quick and it did'nt take long for it to arrive. British Bins, I think, give very good service once you have ordered the delivery is very quick, you do not have to wait. I would also add that my pink wheelie bin has been much admired by my neighbours!”

“Oh my god I love this thing ... It's such a simple idea and so easy & fun to use & it saves so much space in my recycling bin. Unfortunately my builder knocked it on the floor and cracked it. So I'm here to order another!”

“Very good service. Bins arrived very quickly and are very sturdy and good quality. They will last for ages. No issues at all. I can recommend British Bins. Other bins might be slightly cheaper but will not last long.”

Hi Kamsat, Whether the RAL colour we stock is 'Black' or 'Grey' is open to interpretation. It's commonly referred to as charcoal grey within the industry, but we clearly state many times all over our website 'Please note, colour shades are approximate. Black/Grey is particularly subject to individual interpretation.' We're very sorry about the missing wheel. This doesn't usually happen, and my colleague Debra spoke with you to arrange a replacement set to be sent out free of charge. Unfortunately you never called us back when you said you would.
