“I've used this company for more years than I care to remember, always informative and happy to help but my reason for returning is the aftercare they offer, ie the loan of a powertool while my faulty one was having a repair, these companies are becoming thin on the ground and believe me if you don't use them you will certainly miss them when their gone”
