“I rang for a Milwaukee Item but could not find it on their list and the advisor took the details down and told me that he will ring me back after making inquery with Milwaukee and he send me next day an email message he could find the the item on Milwaukee which I find the info was untrue as the item I needed was FFX tools list and I ordered from them at the lower then what iwas told around a figure of £155.00”

“Need to phone them to confirm goods in stock, before confirming order on internet. They were very helpful on phone, confirmed it was ok to order, and that they would keep an eye out for the order. Ordered in late afternoon but was still in the post the same day and delivered the day after. Great service.”

“Couldn't ever experience better service. Ordered a cabinet hinge, on-line, monday 4th Jan. Order acknowledged within 30mins and despatch confirmed within an hour. Correct part delivered by parcelforce 10.00 am Tuesday 5 Jan. Good website, easy to find and select the part needed.”
