“They were great - helpful, informative and quick to respond. Their price was not quite the cheapest on the market but their reviews and testimonials seemed genuine, unlike their rivals'. The order was processed quickly, however Parcelforce let them down as they failed to find my address twice before another driver who knew the area took over, so the next day delivery became three days' time. I'm happy with the product so far but haven't used it much yet so time will tell. I've registered the tools and batteries as Milwaukee offer an extended warranty if you do that.”
