“The product is well crafted plus "close to my heart" made in Ireland! Ever since visiting the store in Dingle in 2009 I have made several purchases and I have always been satisfied which includes the customer service. If there was one thing to improved it would be keeping track of what I have purchased over the years”

“I bought these cufflinks for my husband for Christmas. Ordering them online was quick and easy, it took only three working days for them to arrive. I'm delighted with them as I feel it is a unique and personal gift, and I know my husband will love them.”

“Prompt service. Speedy delivery. On two occasions I requested longer chains for ogham pendants and they were sent without fuss. One even sent directly to Australia! Have purchased several items and never disappointed. The pendants attract a lot of positive comments. Highly recommend Brian de Staic's service and products.”

“I enjoyed visiting your shop some years ago, so I decided to order earrings for my soon-to-be daughter-in-law this Christmas. They are lovely [and the printing was spelled correctly. I would like, however, to suggest that when you charge 25 Euro for 4-5 day delivery you check for accuracy. From 7 December [you were finished with the project] until 15 December when I received the package is not 4-5 days.”

“Ordering on the website was easy and the delivery from Ireland to Boston, Massachusetts came surprisingly fast! The ogham silver earrings have my sister's name scripted on them and they are polished beautifully. A lovely Christmas gift.”

“Not only is Brian's jewelry beautiful and skillfully made, but its personal, cultural, and fun to wear. I replaced my mother's necklace that she had for years and the service was excellent and the necklace arrived as beautiful as the first. My mom and I have a few of Brian's pieces from over the years - some of which we purchased while in Ireland:) I still wear my gold ring of a Irish knot and get lots of compliments. You will love your purchase!”

“A smooth and effortless transaction.....Good quality lovely piece. My only quibble is getting something delivered to the Uk would be the €20 courier charge but perhaps that is not directly in Brian de Staic's control....That apart - very nice indeed :-)”

“FROM JOAN STOW AT stowsnow@aol.com to Megan, I've tried everything to contact you since last evening. Your website is definitely not working. When my friend, Susan Mc Carthy and myself placed an order and went to hit the blue "SUBMIT" button - this button turned Brown and we couldn't place an order. Also, I made some reviews on orders I'd received, along with my husband, Jerry Stow, and my granddaughter, Sarah Franck which never showed up in the Review section. Also, I had two items in my own cart with an email from you stating I have the cart to order if I wish. Then on another page your website showed an EMPTY cart. I hope you can get your website fixed as you must be losing so much business.”

“Excellent customer service from my initial email to the store to the day of delivery of the item I ordered. In my November 27th email, I asked if the discount was still available and received a response on the 28th that the discount was still available. I ordered the item online on November 28, received confirmation of my order the same day and on November 30 received an email from the store and from Federal Express that my item had been shipped and was on its way. Item received on December 8. Amazed everything went so smoothly, would definitely order from Brian de Staic again and highly recommend him. Thank you.”
