“I bought a personalized pendant with a name engraved in Ogham. The service was excellent with good online communication, the delivery was quick and I was delight with the product. I am living in the USA and my friend loved this gift from Ireland. I would highly recommend this online shopping service.”

“Very pleased with the user friendly online ordering system, packaging, delivery and the quality of the item.,disappointed at the tone of the response query as when it could be expected when it did nit arrive in a reasonable time. I did not expect to be told that I did not indicate that it was required by a particular date . The onus is surely on supplier to advise customer when delivery is expected? Other than that I am very satisfied and will be a returning customer.”

“I think it’s ridiculous that you don’t do women’s rings in large enough sizes, excluding women with larger sizes (I’m a size 14/16 and couldn’t get a ring for my index finger. I ordered my ring in a size U and you took payment and then eventually called me to say you don’t even make that size and eventually refunded me again! You need to modernise but it’s too late for my custom. I won’t be back.”
