“This purchase was a birthday gift from my husband and when I ordered it I forgot to include the name to be placed on the pendant. After a frantic email my fears were put to rest when I received a follow up email saying it was taken care of. The time from when I placed the order till received was very fast as it was being mailed to the USA during the holiday season. Thank you for your wonderful customer service and quick delivery. I am sure this will not be my only gift purchased from you as I like fine jewelry. Thank you again. It made my birthday special. Sincerely Kathleen D. Roth”

“Great service except for 1 point. There should be an option to have an item sent without any mention of who it's from, I contacted you first as this was a gift & if my wife had seen your company name, it would've ruined the surprise. You replied that the only mention would be on the attached paperwork. This was correct but still meant I had to get the parcel sent elsewhere which wasn't very helpful.”

“The necklaces were perfect gifts for my granddaughters and the necklace I ordered after I got home was beautiful and will be perfect for my daughter for CHRISTmas. The first were big hits and they have already have been trying to memorize the alphabet so they can write secret messages. They are beautiful presents to give relatives with Irish Heritage. I couldn't think of anything more appropriate appreciated then these beautiful gold and sterling silver necklaces.”

“Loved the purchases we made and were so glad we were able to get the pieces directly from your shop in Dingle. This makes the gifts so much more special.
