“I emailed Brian de Staic from the US to ask a question about replacing a necklace that I had bought there while visiting. I received a quick and helpful response. “Excellent customer service- I spoke to a woman in your Killarney branch who was very helpful. I then ordered online expressing an urgency which was addressed immediately. The product was delivered on time and the order completed very efficiently. The gift itself was much appreciated. I would definitely consider and recommend your services in the future. It was the customer service that most impressed me.”

“I wanted to place an order for a bracelet, one like the one I purchased when in Dingle this past summer, but had a question. I sent an email to ask my question prior to placing my order and received a response very promptly so the order could be made. Now I'm anxiously waiting for the bracelet for my daughter to arrive! They have beautiful jewelry as I've seen them in person.”

“Everything has been perfect from the moment I placed my order! I included a personal note about my daughter who will be thrilled when she receives her ogham necklace for her birthday in November. I immediately received a personal email from Megan. Her interest in spelling, placement and my daughter was very thoughtful!
