“Finally received my order, at the second attempt,as the first mysteriously disappeared ( couriers fault)..contacted Brew mart and persuaded them to re place item to which was accompanied with a statement which I felt was poor by any standards...Basically they didn't really want to resend the item as they feel they had already sent it( which they did) but whenever you buy an item from a vendor you are entering into a " contract" you pay , they deliver what you have paid for....they chose to use dhl e-commerce to be the courier, but they damaged the item and it apparently was destroyed....no card put through my door..almost impossible to get hold of to contact also..so I contacted Brew mart who said they would re send but would take no responsibility if item was lost / damaged ,,,,which I find totally unacceptable as they chose the courier ( I didn't) so it will always be their responsibility to complete the contract and ensure the product gets to the customer in a good condition....So would I use Brew mart again🤔🤔 probably not, as their attitude to resolving my problem was shoddy to say the least...”

“Unfortunatly I am sorry to say the service recently was not as good as the service I have had in the past. My order was delayed by you due to one item being out of stock although on ordering your web site said it was in stock, despite two emails over a week I had no response from you to these emails and had to phone you in the end so despite my order being places on the 31st march it was not delivered till 15th April 2024”

“Very pleased with speed of service,ordered 7 packs of wine yeast at beginning of June so I had a stock,and was surprised to find the use by date was the end of June”

“Took a month to get the stock in. Not a problem as we weren't in a rush and they are very communicative. Then item delivered to wrong address. Dpd were useless but again brewmart very helpful.”

“Delivery was slightly delayed, so I only received the beer kits about three weeks after my initial purchase, but, given that homebrewing is not an 'instant return' activity, this is no big problem. Otherwise, all good!”

“I ordered some packs of yeast via post. Received the yeast no problem, but they charged me £5.99 for postage, which I think is a bit pricey.”
