“Very quick despatch of orders however poor in dealing with customer issues. I received a wine kit with a missing ingrediant. In the end after nearly two weeks and a number of emails I decided to contact the manufacturer myself and got it sorted immediatly. Will not order from them again”

Hello Rob, I'm sorry to hear that You are dissatisfied with the level of service received. As you know, we contacted the supplier to provide a replacement sachet and we passed on their commitment to have the replacement to you by the middle of the following week. It is disappointing for us both that the supplier did not meet their commitment to send out the replacement. On hearing the item had not arrived I chased the matter up with them, and was awaiting a response. Early the following day they informed me they had since received a call from yourself and had informed you that the item had already been dispatched. If they have not apologised for their tardy response, please accept it from me and be assured we will review our policy to see how such issues might be avoided in the future.

“Not for the first time, I was let down by Brew Mart. Placed an order for a kit supposedly in stock, but it was not dispatched on time. Upon enquiring Brew Mart had apparently had a run on that particular kit (strange that it has happened 3 times). Probably won't use them in future.”

Hello Douglas, I'm sorry about your frustration when ordering the Vine Co. wine kits. As discussed previously, there was a run on the item on the first order, which you cancelled. I believe we also explained that the status "Available to order" means a customer can order the product when stock is not available and will be actioned as soon as stock becomes available. Regarding the VINE Co kits you ordered, it took about six weeks for the products to be shipped from Canada. During this time, you placed two more orders. The first of which you cancelled again and the ultimate one we managed to fulfil once stock had arrived in the UK from Canada. Yours, Brew Mart.

If you have ordered the wrong items by mistake and inform us of this error, we can amend the order for you. “Very pleased with the product but found the postage excessive and would not order online from you again. Ordering a case of wine from UK suppliers is delivered free of charge which has a much heavier weight.”

“The product I recede would be 5 star packed and shipped very fast but I have to leave 2 star because all though I give them my full name postcode and address they persist to send my parcels to a pick up point Which I have to travel to to collect my item I pay for delivery and And I still have to go and collect my Items This has happened every time I have ordered productsSo why am I paying for delivery??”

“The item ordered, i.e. a fruit press is a great bit of kit. However, it was delivered absolutely filthy. Took and awful lot of cleaning!”

“The product was good. The service and prompt delivery was good. BUT the delivery charge was crazy - £20!! to the Highlands of Scotland even after spending well over £65.00. Very unfair and certainly not the cheapest available.”
