“I bought the air still with some ceramic beads which I am told went into the box, unfortunately due to poor preparation for postage these were lost in transit. Also the still itself had components missing. I have sent evidence by email but no response, and no effort to resolve this issue. I will shop elsewhere in future.”

“I have just 15 Seyval vines, so my requirements are minor but I found all the necessary chemicals etc., for turning the grapes into wine via Brew Mart's website. Ordering them was straightforward and they arrived exactly when the delivery company said they would. Perfect service. Thank you.”
