“I am very disappointed with Magnum,the reason being is I had to throw two batches away because they where both frothing up,the red wine and the rose wine.ive been brewing wine for a number of years but I've never encountered this before.”

“Ordered over £310 worth of goods and 1 order was held up due to fermentation 23 ltr bin going out of stock. I was told it would take 2 weeks to get back into stock, or I could pay £3 to upgrade to a 25 ltr bin, which i paid. I believe I should have been sent the 25 ltr from a customer service point of view. Also none of the thermometers worked, 3 kits 3 thermometers. No reply to why these were sent faulty, you could see in the packaging they were faulty. Now need 3 kegs, I'm definitely going to bigger jugs for this purchase. NOT you.”
