“Very quick despatch of orders however poor in dealing with customer issues. I received a wine kit with a missing ingrediant. In the end after nearly two weeks and a number of emails I decided to contact the manufacturer myself and got it sorted immediatly. Will not order from them again”

Hello Rob, I'm sorry to hear that You are dissatisfied with the level of service received. As you know, we contacted the supplier to provide a replacement sachet and we passed on their commitment to have the replacement to you by the middle of the following week. It is disappointing for us both that the supplier did not meet their commitment to send out the replacement. On hearing the item had not arrived I chased the matter up with them, and was awaiting a response. Early the following day they informed me they had since received a call from yourself and had informed you that the item had already been dispatched. If they have not apologised for their tardy response, please accept it from me and be assured we will review our policy to see how such issues might be avoided in the future.

“Great business! Reputable and dedicated! I placed an order on the website and was shocked to see that it had been dispatched less than an hour since I placed it. Despite ordering around the Xmas / New Years period, and ordering around New Years Day, my order was still delivered very promptly. All products came in perfect condition and were packed well. My cider is now brewing and off to a great start. I have one request and that is for Brew Mart to start stocking 5L Demijohns, as I had to purchase the off of eBay as I could not find them on the website. Otherwise, perfect service, good value for money and a great business! Their new shop also looks great based off the pictures :)”

“Finally received my order, at the second attempt,as the first mysteriously disappeared ( couriers fault)..contacted Brew mart and persuaded them to re place item to which was accompanied with a statement which I felt was poor by any standards...Basically they didn't really want to resend the item as they feel they had already sent it( which they did) but whenever you buy an item from a vendor you are entering into a " contract" you pay , they deliver what you have paid for....they chose to use dhl e-commerce to be the courier, but they damaged the item and it apparently was destroyed....no card put through my door..almost impossible to get hold of to contact also..so I contacted Brew mart who said they would re send but would take no responsibility if item was lost / damaged ,,,,which I find totally unacceptable as they chose the courier ( I didn't) so it will always be their responsibility to complete the contract and ensure the product gets to the customer in a good condition....So would I use Brew mart again🤔🤔 probably not, as their attitude to resolving my problem was shoddy to say the least...”
