“An outstanding carpet cleaning job, our very dirty hall, stairs and landings were transformed. We had a great guy who cared about the job he was doing and took time to achieve the best result. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.”

“I had a very pleasant and easy experience with this company. The staff member on the phone who took my booking was really friendly and efficient, and I found it very good value. The cleaners on the day were easy to deal with and did a great job. I'll come back next time I need my carpets re-done! Stephen”

“I booked the cleaning 10 days earlier for my house as I have a tenancy ending. I was calling to confirm it on Saturday but there was a receptionist who couldn't give any information at all, not even to tell me that there was no point of me calling again because there was actually none in the office over the weekend. So on Monday I received a voice message confirming my appointment, also an e-mail. As I was working I couldn't contact them until 12:00, when they said that they have cancelled my appointment and that they were not able to book any other. Their excuse was that the the driver finished earlier because of the cancellations and couldn't wait until 13:30 which was our appointment. After I spoke to the manager he said that it was their mistake because they shouldn't have booked for my area, Bishops Stortford, although they were confirming even 2 hours before the appointment. And now I have to deal with the agency. Thanks very much for your help!!!”

“The first time I had Breeze to clean my carpets they were excelent and I recommended them to so many friends. I had occasion to use them again a few weeks ago and I was not happy with the results of my bathroom carpet or the fact that the cleaner was late and called us to complain about the company not giving him enough time to travel between jobs. I emailed my concerns and to this day no one has contact me about it. They were quick to answer my emails prior to them coming to do the cleaning!!!!”

“From first phone call... To the guy turning up at my flat on time... I've had nothing but fantastic service. They estimated how long it would take... And it did in that time frame. The gentleman was clear about what he was going to do and afterwards asked me if I was happy with it. I've had amazing compliments from family and friends. Have already recommended them to friends and family and will definitely be using them again soon :D THANK YOU”

“VERY misleading web site! NO mention of a minimum charge of £60. It wasn't until I called to book an appointment that I was tpld of the minimum charge, being a pensioner I feel the prices quoted on the site were misleading and would not have phoned if I knew the real price.”

“Have just had my living room, stairs and landing cleaned. The job was done perfectly and my carpets were left very clean and the house smelling lovely and fresh. I am not sure of the name of the guy who cleaned my carpet, but I would like to thank him and Ellie for being very polite when spoken too.”

“Fantastic from start to finish. I was amazed at the helpful, friendliness of the staff, their efficiency, competitive prices & more over the excellent job that was made of my two light cream, fabric sofas. Both of which had been the victims of grandchildren's spilled drinks. I was dubious the marks would go completely, but there isn't a mark left on them & they now look brand new although they are 4 years old! I would not hesitate to use them again & would recommend anyone to do the same.”
