Oldham Breakers assured me they had the correct bumper for my Hilux I sent them a photo off my Truck but the bumper I received was not the correct one , they are supplying new imported parts and told me they had all types to fit my vehicle . I could not fit a fog light unit to this bumper I could not fit the centre grill the opening was the wrong size and shape and the clips that attach the bumper to the uper grill are in the wrong place.I have asked for a full refund and will return the bumper to Oldham breakers. I have ordered a replacement from Toyota.

Thank you for your review. We can see from the conversation history through our platform that the supplier did advise prior to purchase that their item was in a chrome finish rather than black. Having said this, we are unsure as to why the supplier has not fully refunded the payment therefore, if you head to our website and complete our online complaint form providing all the details we will look into this issue further. Constant emails from BreakerLink because someone used my email address instead of their own to sign up. Despite 3 unsubscribes I am still receiving email...and now you ask me to send a review? How about reading up on GDPR and remove my email!!

I'm very upset, i have bad reviews for you,I ordered car part and that's not colour that i want so i decided to return but supplier said no you can't after i directly message to you means help line so you guys said return item then you will get refund, I returned item but i still didn't get anything.

Disappointed with my first experience to be honest,waited 7 days for a part to be delivered instead of 3 to 4 days and it was the wrong part got a refund but not impressed as first impressions count,will not be using the service again and will choose Ebay in the future!!!!!

The supplier sent me a radio cd player that on arrival did not work. I returned the unit via 1st class parcel post on Friday 21st July, arrival at the supplier Monday 23rd July. It's now Friday 28th July and I haven't had any communication from the supplier. I'm now out of pocket £180 for the broken unit plus £11 to return the unit plus the cd that jammed in the unit. After the unit being returned for almost 2 weeks the company has failed to refund me. On ringing them they deny receiving the item. I will be taking this matter further including military and civil action

Ordered the part from first choice car spares on 15,03,2023 and still do not have it , i have them and they said they can not get any onfo back from courier . And out off phoning them at least 30 times they have answered my call 3 times . If its not here by monday th27, 03,2023 i will be cancelling payment . I am not very happy
