“Hi I had one part supplied which was incorrect and returned successfully to Silverlake,Southampton,.Part then ordered from Breaker Ltd Caerphilly ref BL3383628 ,Jaguar S type R/H/R window winder 2000,again this was incorrect both times a later type was sent.I rang Breaker ltd and was told they only way to organise returns and refunds £60.00 was by email,unfortunatly they do not respond to my request,please advise.Thanks Roy Thomas”

“I was very pleased with the speed in which my request was processed and the response I received. A car part was located. Unfortunatley, the team supplying the item were missing one vital component of that item and were unable to determine when that component would be available.”

“The service was easy to use. But unfortunately many of the quotes were for the wrong vehicle. Manual instead of Automatic. And the wrong size engine. Even though my vehicle details were given correctly to the suppliers. But I eventually found the correct gearbox. Hopefully it will be ok, when it arrives....”

“I have used brake line once before and had no problem this time I have tried to order a part from the companies two companies on braker line and each company has taken my money and not been able to provide the part needed one company has returned my money I am still struggling to get the money from the other company”

We have checked your requests via the BreakerLink system and cannot see any that have been marked as sold however if you head to our website, click on contact us and choose complaint from the drop down box there will be an online form to fill out with all the details and we will look into the issues and chase up any refund if necessary. “We received a good choice of quotes in a very short time and after speaking to various suppliers, we placed an order and made payment over the phone. At this point we were very pleased and we responded positively to BreakerLink's request for feedback - although we did say that it was a bit premature as we hadn't actually received the part. We were told that the part would be delivered sometime during last week, but it didn't arrive - and today we have been told that it is not being despatched at all as it is damaged and has failed the supplier's quality check - and now we still have to wait another week for our card payment t be refunded. On the positive side, it is reassuring that the supplier carried out a check and didn't send us a damaged part which would have had to be returned. But it's a bit annoying that we have wasted so much time, especially as by the time we get the money back, we shall have carried the cost of this on our own bank account for over two weeks. Wouldn't it have been better if the supplier had carried out the wuality check BEFORE taking our payment??”
