“Part ordered consisted of two sections,electrical bit and trim clip to fit to car.Neither is any good without the other and I specifically made sure whole thing was supplied in price.I even asked for a photo to check.When delivered only the electrical bit was present in the box but a phone call to Adam, who did the order and remembered our discussion,including the colour available of the trim clip,the missing item was despatched ASAP.He even found one the same colour as my car trim as the clip fits over the seat upholstery.”
