Thank you for your review. We can see from the conversation history through our platform that the supplier did advise prior to purchase that their item was in a chrome finish rather than black. Having said this, we are unsure as to why the supplier has not fully refunded the payment therefore, if you head to our website and complete our online complaint form providing all the details we will look into this issue further. “Constant emails from BreakerLink because someone used my email address instead of their own to sign up. Despite 3 unsubscribes I am still receiving email...and now you ask me to send a review? How about reading up on GDPR and remove my email!!”
