Enter your request, compare quotes and then purchase from the independent supplier with delivery available to your door. Suppliers provide a majority of parts with a 1 month guarantee and some often longer.

As our members our independent companies, your purchase would have been directly through them and not through ourselves so you will need to contact the supplier directly for an update on delivery. Breakerlink were good, but Johnsons Vauxhall who I chose to purchase my gearbox from are total and utter jokers. I would urge anyone not to use them, its been nearly 2 weeks and nothing but problems. 1. They sent my Gearbox to Birmingham, not Glasgow. 2. I ordered a 1.4 gearbox, they sent a 1.3 3. Gearbox was incomplete when it eventually arrived so sent back to them. 4. When they re-sent it was going straight to my garage, I told them they dont open on a Saturday, so they sent courior to deliver on Saturday. 5. When they resent again it was the part that was missing and not the full thing again. Complete and utter waste of time, Breaker Link should not allow these jokers to be advertised on their site.

I ordered a o/s/r back light for a ford Ka and they sent the wrong side so had to ring them to tell them and had to wait for the right one

I bought my engine from johnson bros in stanley co durham i found them to be ok

Garage says door sent without accessories ….etc they have to strip what is missing from the damaged door eg door glass door rubber frame ...etc I don't have experience in such matter

I very quickly received a phone call to offer me the part I needed and expecting delivery in less than a week I paid the money. I then received a copy of the invoice attached to an email telling me that it was going to take up to two weeks for delivery. So I am somewhat disappointed at the waste of time before I get my part.

Good comms, wheel ok, tyre was scrap and should have been removed. A picture was supplied as i asked for a matching trim. What a waste of time that was. Next time i will stay local i think.

It's probably not breaker links fault, but the company I purchased my parts from, BL Breakers, didn't process the sale, I waited for 3 days for the part to arrive, when I chased them up they left me om hold for 15 minutes and the second time told. Me to ring back as their Internet had gone down. I took days off work, had a mechanic on standby, had to extend the hire period on the car I was using and had to purchase the parts from elsewhere. Generally not happy

Short staffed caused me to wait ages for part and kept getting false info on arrival of part then had to mess around retrieving it from the post office but I'm sure the staff tried there best

Sorry but I really do think it just about acceptable because of the long delays after ordering, paying then finally receiving the part over a week or two later. I realise that the supply is in the hands of your merchants but is there no way you can gee them up?

I was very happy with the customer service, and the price of the part i purchased, the only disappointed with was the delivery time, as it came 2 days later than expected. But all round very happy

Not happy. Your breaker advise had parts + others we needed. agreed delivery. Two days after due contacted breaker.He said he phoned us to say parts were wrong and couldn't supply.We have never received a call or email of this,also no message on answer phone.This has now delayed whole job and probably lost us other parts could have had. We now have to start the hunt all over again + make piece with customer and re quote.
