“I was informed via email about potential suppliers. Mr Breaker was the cheapest quote, so I elected to buy from them, which was a bad move as I received a ford parcel shelf and ford bonnet cable system instead of the Subaru suspension arm that I ordered. I obtained a full refund after many phone calls that I made to 'Mr Breaker. I bought the correct part off Japs Parts without any problem.”

“As soon as I made a request for a part, I received a phone call from a supplier with the exact part at a reasonable price. Unfortunately I was going a way for a week so I did not immediately order the part. Since my return, I have ordered and paid for the part on your site. It is due for delivery by DPD tomorrow. There is a three month warranty on the item so I should be safe with it. If not, I will certainly let you know.”

“The company that i dealt with were excellent, managed to get the parts to me very quickly. However, the first company that was recommended were awful, took the money knowing the parts I required were not available, promises of delivery a pack of lies and constantly being fobbed off. It does make me wonder how you vet these people.”
