“I needed parts for a 2004 Beetle urgently. I had two quotes immediately. Cranshaw called me and they put the parts to a courier the next morning. When they didnt arrive in 2 days I called Crenshaw and they got onto the courier. The parts arrived yesterday. Excellent customer service.”

“I purchased a seatbelt for my wife's car and I asked when it would be delivered. I was told Wednesday 6th December 2017. So I took the day off work so not to miss my delivery. Well guess what, it NEVER arrived!!”
