“Have used Bravura acids on and off for the last few years, mainly the glycolic and salicylic, always come back to them as my skin is so much clearer when using them, have recently started using the lactic acid too. Would highly recommend them, they are gentle and extremely effective and the price is fantastic. I have spent so much money over the years on scrubs and creams and nothing has ever made much difference apart from Bravura!”

“Bravura has actually changed my life. A couple of years ago my skin took a turn for the worse. I’m not talking a few spots, I’m talking painful boils on my face. It was really affecting my mental health. After looking online for help I came across Bravura. I emailed my skin complain and received a message back with suggestions to try. Noticed a massive difference with a few weeks. I will never try any other product. This stuff REALLY works!!”

“Bravura is my go to brand for cleansing and exfoliating. I am 40 something and my skin is sensitive, dry and acne prone or should i say was. I have been using their products for over 2yrs now and have not looked back. My skin is clean, clear and glowing, first sign of the dreaded hormonal breakouts and i make sure i use the Glycolic exfoliator oil, this usually starts to work straight away on the bothersome bumps and prevents them becoming those painful cystic spots i used to dread, the ginseng toner makes my face tingly clean and toned ready for the next step. I honestly owe a lot to Bravura as they really have sorted my skin out, made me feel a whole lot better about rarely wearing makeup as i hate the feel of it on my skin. My skin looks good for the first time in my life since hitting the age of 15yrs old and i had tried everything at a great expense and disastrous consequences too. Bravura is pocket friendly and has changed my cleansing routine for good. Try it, the reviews are all true, you really don't have anything to lose apart from acne ridden overdry skin or oily skin, i can definitely say it was the best thing i did.”

“On this occasion it will have to be 2 stars, not with regards the product which are just fab, but an unknow ‘policy’ (for me). I purchased using blackfri18 my usual products. As I completed my purchase realised I’d forgotten an item. Not having a telephone contact number, but only email contact which I know from experience can take 24+ Hours. I’d received notification that my order had been completed, therefore unable to add to it. Was refused another blackfri18 .. shocking!!!!!”

Hello Pam, we're sorry for the disappointment. I see your first email was answered in under 10 minutes, we did explain that there was a one use limit of up to 8 items but Abbie had contacted her manager to authorise a discount on additional items for you, she then emailed you back to confirm this, this was all done within hours of your first email. We also had notifications sent by email, on social media and as an image and bar on the top of the website stating the guidlines for our black friday deal. We did try to help as much as we could, I'm sorry to hear it was unsatisfactory. Amanda
