Sorry to hear you're having issues with deliver. Tracking shows that your package is at your local delivery office, as we haven't received any emails from you we were unaware of the delay. We sent tracking when your order was dispatched, but if you need any help please do contact us, our customer service team are always happy to chase up any delayed or missing packages but as we are unable to track each package we send, we do rely on customers to let us know if there is a problem.

“I've only given 4 stars as I haven't been using the glycolic and lactic acids long, the 1st week or 2 I had a few spots appear, now week 3 they've gone and I've noticed my skin is feeling smoother, makeup goes on better.
