“I cannot write a short review as my order was never received. I contacted Branded Beauty, and noting was done about it. I also contacted Royal Mail who could not help me either! So I’ve paid for products that I never received! Very annoyed and will not buy from Branded Beauty in the future”

“All i wanted was the foundation i ordered!! I ordered online to make my life easier. Cant fault the communication, however, i cant comment on the products because i never recieved them. I waited a month for my order, was told twice royal had issues finding my address??! So had to have a refund. Very dissappointing”

“Item wasn’t received, understand this is a Royal Mail error but when communicated to business, waited several weeks for reponse till they sent another. Didn’t receive that one either. Then didn’t receive my refund or item. Been over a month”
