“When the orders and goods arrive safely it's great. When an item like my last one comes damaged the wait time is not good and customer service say sorry, but nothing else. This has curbed my enthusiasm on using them again”

“First order the Display case arrived damaged. Said they would send out replacement parts. Still haven’t received. Second separate order was despatched over the estimated 2 week window. Still haven’t received. 2 orders and no display cases to show for it, over £180 spent too.”

“Had a problem with my order on arrival. Took photos of the problems and received a response over 24 hours later. Unfortunately they package there items not the best, which in turn arrives in damaged boxes. Unfortunately I will not use Boxxco again. I feel they are over priced for what you get just because the cases are used for LEGO pieces.”

“Order took 22 days to arrive which was 8 days over the date on the website stated I’d have received it. Then when it arrived my order was incorrect and not waiting for it to be corrected. The cases are good quality but my experience so far has been poor.”

“The shipping was fairly slow but I believe made to order so fine, just little communication. The item had scuff marks on the perspex and there were hardly any instructions.”

“First purchase of a display unit to keep my model dust free as these are not cheap items - the shipping time was a couple of weeks and then when it finally arrived although it was well packaged and looks to be of good quality, all the fasteners were missing and so I was unable to build it. Although the communication with the company since has been good, I would’ve expected the parts to be express delivered since it’s the company’s fault and although I’ve been advised the parts are on their way my Lego model is busy collecting dust . Therefore I won’t be ordering again .”
