4 weeks to deliver, two failed delivery dates passed to then be told wrong courier picked it up. Poor customer service for an expensive flimsy case. Arrived with damaged fixings which took another 4 days to arrive before I could finish building case.

Wish I could 0 stars. Finally got a chance to open the package and put my display together and it was missing 4 of the screws. Granted it has been 7 months, but they did not just disappear from inside of the carton. They want me to purchase the replacement parts, which would not be a problem, but freight to the US is $50+. Great customer service Boxxco!!!

I can see that a gesture of goodwill was offered by one of my colleagues as well as a further discount by my management for the dispatching of fixings. Unfortunately due to high shipping costs and the nature of time since the complaint was brought forward this is all we could offer. I received a large display case for my Lego titanic model for my birthday from my wife. It was very well packaged but unfortunately when I unpacked it a piece had a corner broken off it. When I contacted BOXXCO they said they had a 48 hours returns for damage policy and I would need to purchase a replacement at a cost £30. This I did but the replacement part did not have the holes required and after contacting BOXXCO again I was sent a second replacement part. I was disappointed by their damage policy as I later found out it is contrary to the Consumer’s Act and I was entitled under law to replacement at no cost to myself. I will not purchase from BOXXCO agin as their are much better alternatives on the market

I suspect the boxes are probably very nice but they use Evri to ship their products so unsurprisingly it never arrived. As a tip, if you ever need to dispose of a body, just send it via Evri, you’ll never see it again. Severely disappointing, let’s hope I at least get a refund.

Company has a 48 hour check period for their product. (I haven`t unboxed it as I was still building), the panel broke off its edges when I removed the protective foil.. But since it happened after 48 hours, they would want to charge me extra fee to replace it.. Completely shambles...

Despite several chase,s in regards to a purchase ordered 13th Feb 2024 of 3 display cases, I have now been told, Sorry Machine Broke, then Sorry went to wrong address, then Sorry we are trying to reschedule your Delivery,,,,very poor customer service, and just excuse after excuse and I have now requested a full and immediate refund - Will not procure from this company again.

Ordered a display case custom made came after 2 weeks not a problem with that as had to be bespoke, turned up without some fittings needed for an event . Made several calls and e mails but customer service said they sent out over a week ago but still nothing, charity event passed and disappointed

Purchased the Lego Jurassic park set. When unboxing found the background had been scratched, so immediately took pictures and sent a email to there support. Still awaiting a reply after sending 2 emails

Items are good quality. Issue is with delivery. First order was sent out when I sent an email asking where it was 2 weeks after the order was placed. Second order I sent the email 3 weeks after order was placed, reply was it was going to be sorted that day. It took 3-4 days to be posted. Your website says delivery in 1-2 weeks. An obvious lie. It would be helpful to put the Lego number on each set. I bought 5 sets and now have to work out which is which

We do advise 1-2 weeks delivery as standard, but that we were experiencing a small delay at this time due to moving premises. This was mentioned on our website. Very bad experience with this company. It took a full 3 weeks for my display case to arrive. It was missing the fixings as well as the personalised sticker that I ordered. It is now coming up to 2 weeks since I let them know that the pieces are missing and they have still not dispatched the items. I contacted them multiple times before writing this review to allow them time to respond, but they just don't seem to care. I have a pile of huge pieces of perspex that are completely useless and cluttering up my room. Very bad experience. I would not recommend this company. I will be ordering from Wicked Bricks in the future.

I can see that correspondence between yourself and our customer care team was very regular and prompt, but I do apologise for the delay in dispatching the missing components. This was due to the sticker having to be manually created and we were advising on our website, at the time,of dispatch delays due to being in the middle of re locating the business. I can see that it was dispatched on an expedited service and can only apologise for the delay that was experienced. Ordered case online with custom dimensions. Received despatch note after a few days and order was received in expected timeframe. After assembly the case was found to not fit on the slotted locating holes on the base plate. Which means the clear case cant locate correctly on the base. A quick check prior to despatch would have found this error. It’s been near impossible to get in touch with someone at boxxco (not helped with the holiday weekend). Phonenumber on invoice and website doesn’t ring and emails don’t get answered. I’m now stuck with an awkward looking case due to be on display at a client meeting later this week. Boxxco please get in touch to resolve this issue.
