“After 18 business days ( ordered on 28 Nov cleared customs by 11Dec ) and countless emails that don't get answered (1/10 if your lucky get answered ) or getting a response from a bot only my package still has not arrived . Boxraws customer support is absolutely horrible , if someone could atleast keep me up to date and explain the delay and the steps being taken to sort it out the wait would be fine ,but that doesn't happen you basically get told figure it out when a real person replies a email .”

“Well so far it has been about 20 days and i have yet to receive my order. Boxraw customer service says that i will still receive it but they have not stated when it will arrive. Either way whether it shows up or not i will probably never order from this brand again. 20+ days to get a package is madness.”
