“I want to praise the support team at Boxraw, especially Steven and Andre, these agents went above and beyond to deliver my order to Turkiye. I lodge the order in November 2022 for $250 but Turkish customs asked to pay $500 fee what of cause was a steal, I refused and lodge the return. After many messages back and forth with UPS my order and refund still weren’t fixed. On February 23 Andre reached out to me and offer to issue store credit or send a replacement order. I asked to split my initial order in three different shippings to avoid the customs fees and Andre confirmed that they can do it. On March 20 the Boxraw finally processed my replacement and by the end of April I received it paid $50 fee only. Great customer service and communication! Thanks a lot for all your help guys!”

“He comprado varias prendas de Boxraw y son muy hermosas y de buena calidad, realmente me encantan. Pero tuve una mala experiencia con el pantalón East Street Bottoms Black / XS; la tela es de mala calidad, lo usé una vez y con el roce al caminar entre las piernas se le hicieron motas, y aún ni si quiera lo he lavado. Envié un correo a contact@boxraw.com con fotos de la prenda dañada y no he obtenido respuesta.”

“I had an issue with my Black Card points. I asked customer service how the issue could be resolved. I received a reply very quickly informing me that they had sorted out the problem and were able to work out what I had done wrong, so to prevent me from making the same mistake again. Very impressive customer service. Many thanks.”
