I ordered 3 weeks ago and still have not received my clothes. No update has been provided and returns are not allowed due to it being a sale item. Hoping to get it before Xmas, but hopes are low

The quality of the products is excellent. The size of the ABC T-Shirt and Williams Bottoms is perfect (M for me 1,80cm - 78kg). The Lineal Oversized T-Shirt (M size) is a liitle bit bigger than I expected, but I dont wear too large shirts anyway. The only negative was that my order was too late!

I ordered a sauna suit to be delivered to Thailand and because of the destination, naturally i had to pay for shipping, which even though it was quite expensive i was happy to do. However when the package arrived in Thailand, the tracking showed that it was being held at the local post office and needed extra charges to be paid for delivery. I messaged Boxraw to try and get this resolved, saying that because i had already paid for delivery they needed to either refund me for the delivery or cover the extra charges. They told me in an email response that it was not their problem and when sent it is out of there hands. They then admitted it was a delivery charge issue and they would sort it. After that they backtracked and said it was an issue for me to deal and would have to pay myself. This was the last response i received from them.
