“I've ordered twice (international order); first order took almost two months to be delivered (Free delivery). Second time, paid delivery fees, the package could not be imported into the country presumably the package wasn't label properly and it wasn't cleared by customs so it was returned to the sender. it's been a month and I haven't received a refund, and can't even get them to reply to my emails. DO NOT BUY IF YOU DON'T LIVE IN THE UK!!!”

“Very poor customer service! In the past Boxraw has covered Duties/VAT for international orders. As I purchased several times. I got 2 large customs charges and spoke to Erb who said he would put the same value of what I was charged for customs on my black card. I replied several times after he promised to do so and just ignored my request. I would not recommend buying off them unless you're in the UK. After customs/duties, the product is very overpriced and the customer service is poor. Last time I support this company.”

“By far the best training gear on the market. Absolutely love the quality of their products, stop buying Nike, Adidas etc and get on to BoxRaw. Wouldn’t shop anywhere else for fitness clothing”
