“A month since ordering, my order never arrived. Tracking status has been stuck for over 10 days, when talking to my country’s courier they told me it is marked as delivered in their system. This was never received. Customer support won’t even bother to help, says it’s not their business anymore after it enters your country. (?!) Pretty wild statement & I truly feel scammed. I know your products are decent and was looking forward to receive mine. Seems like your customers don’t hold that same value to you though. 0/5 Stars, never received the order and you’re reluctant to refund, replace or even to look into this to start with.”
