“As a customer, I purchased the black Pep Shorts from the Creed collection of Boxraw's website, expecting them to display the Creed logo as shown in accompanying photos. However, upon receiving the product, I was disappointed to find that the logos were missing, which was a significant factor in my decision to buy them. I believe that it is reasonable to assume that items from the Creed collection would be branded with the Creed logo, and a clear disclaimer should be included in the product description to avoid confusion for customers. Despite this issue, I appreciate the quality of the product and timely delivery, but I suggest that Boxraw considers including a disclaimer in their product description to prevent any future confusion. I rated Boxraw two out of five due to their misleading marketing, and it resulted in a disappointing experience and a lack of trust in the brand.”
