You need to clarify is this survey is relation to physical shop experience or online sales. I will answer this questionnaire with my online sales experience with Born Clothing Ireland.
I laugh as you mention in your cover note on email with your questionnaire attached... you mentioned that you hope I was satisfied with my recent purchase. Over multiple times with my completed online orders with Born Clothing, I get a email from your company to say my order is no longer is in stock and my order is cancelled.
This always has been hugely disappointed. I have learned the hard way, not to ever order online with Born Clothing.
This huge issue needs major review and immediate correction action.
Why are clothing items available and shown to be in stock on your website, when in actual fact they are Not!!!!
