“Arrived as described and a perfect fit. Silk lining a bonus. Wool not quite so thick as my (very ancient) Jaeger) but gives plenty of warmth. All in all a very good buy. BP”

“My first purchase from you (and it won’t be the last). Excellent customer service from staff who can answer telephone queries promptly and effectively. As some goods are made to order the delivery time exceeded expectations. The quality of the products is excellent. I am so pleased with my wool dressing gown - so warm I shall turn the heating down in the evenings!”

“Second time of ordering from BoL (first time was Xmas present for hubby). I'm sooo happy with my new nightdress; 'm thinking of ordering the matching dressing gown... Fabulous cut, design, material; more expensive than I'm used to, but thought it was about time I spoiled myself, and I'm so glad I did! 😊”

“Very pleased with new pyjamas received promptly and well packed. Purchased for my husband’s birthday, so it will be a surprise a little later on. Must say the design looks a lot better in reality than the illustrated picture. As always Bonsoir always provide very good quality. I certainly recommend Bonsoir as a good buy.”

“I have made two separate purchases with Bonsoir London and could not be happier. The quality is simply stunning and the delivery was extremely prompt, especially considering I am in Australia. My purchases consisted of gifts for my daughter and husband (and of course a couple of items for myself). My family were delighted. I will return each season to Bonsoir London because such quality is rare today.”

“I lovely product and good service up to the point it was given to Royal mail. I tracked it for week and for three days it’s sat in my local sorting office. Maybe Bonsoir should try to find a more reliable courier.”

“I have received two long-sleeved pin-tuck cotton nightdresses and I am really pleased with them. The design and fabric are lovely. I would recommend anyone order at least a size smaller than usual.”

“Bought items before always good quality ...just bought a Sophie brushed cotton nightdress in Sky Bloom , l love it ..l am awaiting the Sophie in Pink Herringbone.. all in XXL because l like nightdresses to be very roomy ... fabric is beautiful , colour is good ..Customer Service is very good.”

“When ordering on the website you said the package would be sent by DHL to beat the Royal Mail strike. But you waited and sent it by post so it arrived too late to take on holiday. Very poor service”
