“Web site could be easier to navigate, with dropdowns overly sensitive. Speed of processing the order excellent, with a free returns policy. Previous shopping experience tells me the quality of goods is excellent. Men's styles are a little dated in some instances, classical maybe, but there is room for a more vibrant men's selection.”

“Hopeless delivery service from Fedex. Advised delivery due today and parcel on van at 08.40. at 5pm get an e-mail saying the delivery is now tomorrow when I won't be in. What a waste of a day when I had to reschedule other work to be at home for this!!. Trying to reschedule is a nightmare and depends on sending an e-mail to their customer service! Chance of them picking it up and actioning is probably zero. Suggest using a more customer friendly delivery service”

“Ihad trouble getting onto your website, fault at my end, so I phoned your London office. The lady I spoke to could not have been more helpful. She was efficient, sympathetic and dealt with my order. This was on Friday 2nd, and the item arrived first post this morning, i.e.Saturday 3rd. Wonderful and I talked to a human being without the more usual range of recorded options. This is perhaps why I have been a "Bonsoir" satisfied customer for more than 20 years.”
