“Terrible product. Poor materials, sewing, packaging, cut and fit. 35 quid for something that you can buy in a market stall for 5. Marketing’s nice though, the downside of Instagram!!!!. Can’t even unsubscribe from their lists of review requests. Feel foolish and cheated.”

“You promised normal delivery within 2-4 working days so I did not chose express delivery at an additional £10. The post office could not track your item until day 4 as they had not received it yet. It was delivered a full week after ordering by which time I had left on holiday and had to organise alternatives finding a neighbour who was there. Do not make promises it seems you have no organisation in place to keep! Mia Touzin Leffler”

Your order was placed on Friday 26th July and unfortunately was not processed the same day but was despatched on Monday 29th July, the following working day. “Excellent customer service and speedy delivery, both of which are important to me. Beautiful quality and timeless items which I enjoy. I have given a four star review due to sizing. The pyjamas are too long on both the tops and bottoms for me at 5 foot 4 inches. I have to tuck the tops into the trousers which is not perfect as there is a lot of fabric to tuck in. Please would you make a shorter option for your shorter customers in your pyjamas. I think they are currently optimised for those around 5 foot 7 inch tall, and I imagine the majority of us are not that. Love the prints and styles though.”

“Have bought nightwear from Bonsoir for about twenty years and love them. Only wish they would bring back pale blue PLAIN long sleeve nighties as mine are worn out with much use. Very good quality and always efficient and reliable delivery.”

“A lovely cool cotton set of Summer pyjamas. Super quality of fabric and finish. Nice print and washes really well. Love the material allowance of the facings which helps to keep the plackets in place. Will definitely select Bonsoir again.”
