“I purchased the Kawai CA79 in Rosewood from Bonners and it was delivered on Monday, only a couple of weeks after making my first enquiry and I am very pleased with it. The package included a stool and headphones and I think a good price for what you get. From start to finish the customer service was excellent, the delivery was prompt and the guys assembled the piano quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Bonners, they were a pleasure to deal with.”

“Great service well packed , lovely piano , only thing the TNT couriers had me running round to collect it from a closed unit so had 3 days of panic will it ever turn up and lots of phoning , all because parcel came went back no card to say”

“I researched digital pianos and looked at several different pianos and suppliers. Tony's demo the KDP120 decided me this was the piano and the supplier for me. I ordered a KDP120 Package online on a Saturday. On the following Monday, I got an email advising that the order had been accepted and within 30 minutes I got an email from TNT to advise they had been instructed to collect the packages. TNT gave a tracking number and the tracker did not show collected. I sent an email to Bonners and at 9pm I got an email from Emma assuring me the packages had been collected by TNT, On Tuesday morning I checked at 7-30am and the tracker showed out for delivery. I got a knock on the door at about 10-30 the 2 smaller packages were delivered. The driver said that was all he had, he would bring the piano next day. An hour later, another knock on the door, another driver had the piano and happily carried it into my hall. Well done Bonners and TNT, next day delivery. On Wednesday the piano was assembled and placed in my conservatory. I am very pleased with it and enjoy practicing on it. I have, after a gap of 60 years taken up lessons again using Alreds adult book 1 and was very pleased to see the music on Remote Piano app on my Ipad”

“I purchased a used keyboard from Bonners which, although it had been checked before it left their store was faulty upon arrival. I contacted Bonners and they hastily organized a replacement which was delivered by a member of their staff from Eastbourne to my home in Norfolk. A round trip of about 390 miles. Excellent service!”

“Really pleased with the Feurlich piano stool that we ordered from Bonners. Still concerned that it is not leather when the shop assistant assured me that it was! It looks nice anyway and feels nice and firm.”
