“After shopping around, Bonners was easily the best value package. All communication with the staff was useful and helpful. A missing nut was sent to me straight away, even though I later found it in one of the boxes. I also purchased a drum stick holder after seeing a cheaper one in GAK. This cheaper price was matched”

“I was looking to trade in my old piano for a new one. So few piano dealers offer this service but Bonners gave me a competitive price. Their showroom is great and gave me an opportunity to try out the new one. Delivery happened a few days later and i couldn't be happier with it. Overall Bonners provide a friendly, helpful and knowledgeable service at a good price.”

“The telephone service and advice was very informative and helpful. Great advice on which model to buy from very knowledgeable assistant. Can't fault the service from the store and the delivery team was ace. Informed me of their progress and expected arrival. Assembled and tested the piano. They were courteous and very helpful. Can't fault them. And most importantly the piano is a pleasure to play. Great experience and i would thoroughly recommend Bonners.”

“The shop is fantastic , went in to purchase a set of electric drums and unlike most music shops where they have one of each instrument that has a sign on saying please do not touch , Bonners have a huge range that welcome you to come and try before you buy .the shop is huge with a massive selection of instruments and a very friendly work force , highly highly recommend this shop , keep up the good work”
