“As usual the staff have me their undivided attention and answered my questions fully. I was give time to test many instruments. I felt very comfortable asking for repeat opportunities to hear the instrument and to compare with others. Thank you for helping me choose the right instrument again!”

“I was torn between a Yamaha or roland piano, the salesman was very patient and allowed me to try all there features. I chose the roland and am 100% happy with the purchase excellent service!”

“I recently part exchanged my Yamaha PSR910 towards a used Yamaha Tyros 4. This was the fourth Arranger Keyboard that I have bought from Bonners and as usual, the service was faultless. Before going to the store to see the keyboard (a one and a half hour drive from my home) I had a long phone conversation in which the condition and background was fully explained to me together with the potential part exchange value of my PSR910. On arrival I found everything as described together with the benefit of some very experienced and cooperative staff. Having agreed to purchase the Tyros, it was packed with care and loaded into my car. To-date, I have been very happy with the keyboard and I'm confident that should any problems develop, help is only a phone call away. Over the last four or five years I have never had any reason to doubt the service, products or costs from Bonners which is the reason I continue to return.”

“I needed an amp and speaker set up at short notice on a tight budget , I called the store and was given good advice so I went over to the store to take a look . The staff were extremely attentive and helpful , with a member of staff assigned to each department you can't go wrong . The member of staff that helped me was happy to set up any equipment I wanted and showed me how to set up and work each item , after listening to what I needed he explained how the more suitable option would be an active speaker set up , saving the extra cost by not needing an amp . The set up I picked was perfect for what I needed and at a very good price . I couldn't be happier with everything .”

“All in all It was a pleasurable experience, the staff was very well informed and knoweledgeable regarding their products, very kind and quick with my further inquiries, i.e. the actual pictures of piano I was interested in. The delivery was efficient and again pleasurable experience with very friendly people. Would definitely buy from them in the future. Nina”

“This product was a present for my son's birthday. He is extremely happy with it. The service received was excellent ,from ordering the piano over the telephone to delivery and assembly. The initial earphones received were faulty but were replaced with a new pair without any fuss. Excellent service throughout. Thank you”

“Bought a Kawai piano at a very good price. Staff in store were very friendly and helpful on the phone and great delivery guys. (It was delivered in a matter of days to Surrey) Managed to get my piano in through my narrow front door! They put everything together and took away all the rubbish x couldn't be happier with the service .”

“I bought a Nord 5d SW 73 and a Roland (flagship) amp. The amp, perfect. The Nord, lovely keyboard but had marks on the corner. My friends noticed it even though I had kept it in a hard case! Also the instrument panel where it is in close proximity to the keys was bent so it was touching a few keys, it played ok but when the key was released it would make a clunk. I was careful and rectified that fault though. By the time I found these faults you never would of believed me, plus I had done a lot of programming by then!”

“Excellent deal, held the instrument for me for a small deposit. The support and communication from Bonners staff was first class. Due to distance i stay from Bonners (300 miles away) I have never visited the shop, but wish i could to thank the staff personally.”

“Purchased 3 keyboards in the past from Bonners and the service still remains Excellent. From the moment I part ex my old keyboard and the great price they give me for it, to the very informative updates on when the new one will be arriving. Bonners bend over backwards to arrange top notch service. The latest Keyboard I purchased from Bonners is the Outstanding Korg Kronos 2 88.Everthing was set ready when I turned on & help was on hand to get started, which you really need with the Kronos Workstation. as there is so much to learn. I am glad I have Bonners there when I need them and will continue to use them in the future.”

“The Korg PA900 is an excellent keyboard and I was saving like mad to get the £1500 to buy one. Bonner's had a pre owned model and when I enquired about it's condition was told it was as good as new. True to their word I saved a few hundred pounds and have a great keyboard at a huge saving. Delivery and packaging was excellent and I would recommend them as a trustworthy company. Of course I cannot comment on after sales because the Keyboard is working perfectly so have had no need to get back to them.”
