“Purchased a Used Portable Digital Piano. I have been dealing with Bonners for 40 years and it has always been a real pleasure to do business with them. “I was a little disappointed. After arranging for my piano to be delivered on “Thursday or Friday” and making plans to be home those days. I then received a tracking update saying it would be delivered Wednesday before 6pm. So I presumed I had been been misunderstood and that Bonners thought I wanted it on the Wednesday so I then quickly cancelled work for that day and waited at home for the delivery. Now setting 3 days aside for the delivery of what is a very expensive item. It didn’t arrive until the Thursday morning when the delivery man was grumbling about it being too heavy for 1 man and saying he will need help. I went out to help and he was walking it up the drive without much care, he then laid it in my hallway (literally just inside the door, I couldn’t even get past it). No offer to put it somewhere more convenient for me. I couldn’t move it myself and waited 3 days for someone to come and help me with it. I understand the delivery company are not Bonners but I think when I spent over £1,000 the delivery element ought to be more closely monitored.”
